Summary:

Since our upgrade to 23D on 16 December, no learning alerts have been sent out.

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

We have a daily report to advise who will be receiving reminders for learning courses due soon or overdue. Reports indicate that alerts should have been sent out on Monday (for a course due in 10 days/3 learners) and Tuesday (due in 2 days / 1 learner and overdue by 60 days/ 7 learners) however Alert history shows no data being sent for these alerts.

The last alert with data was on Friday 15 December, the day before upgrade.

Has anyone else found this issue?
