Transactions coming from external systems

Hi

We are defining lets say a tax rate 20% and not mentioning whether its inclusive or exclusive at the setup level.

If transactions are coming from interfaces, is their flag in Rest API or FBDI or ADFDI to treat the same tax rate as either exclusive or inclusive?
