Delete lines in PJC_COST_DIST_LINES_ALL

Summary:

We have made a mistake and now there are 2023 transactions marked to be accounted in 2025:

Lines are not in xla_ae_headers. There are no open GL periods in 2025.

Is there a way to delete these cdl's from Projects, so I can create accounting for these lines in 2023?
