Summary:
Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):
New legislation is expected to come into force for UK holiday entitlement and pay for irregular hours and part year workers (Employment Rights (Amendment, Revocation and Transitional Provision)Regulations 2023) from April 2024. The changes will include holiday entitlement accruing at 12.07% of hours worked in a pay period for irregular hours and part year workers, and rolled up holiday pay being permissible for these workers.
Has Oracle published any guidance for UK customers to refer to in making the necessary changes to comply with the new legislation? Or is there a plan for guidance to be published early next year?
