Workflow - option to attach a Form or Report or URL while promoting an entity

Summary:

Do we have the option to attach a data form, dashboard, or report URL when a planner is promoting the entity (this should be automatic so that planners do not need to attach them each time) so that the reviewer can refer to them instead of navigating to them separately in the application?

I see there is an option to give a comment or URL while promoting an entity as an annotation. Please guide me on how to achieve this in workflow.
