Hi All,

Not sure if anyone else has had this problem on the enhanced console but I'm just posting here so that you know you're not alone if you are having the same problem. I've got an incident open with Support at the moment and I doubt anyone here will know a fix as it seems to be a bug with the product itself but if you do have any tips then it would be appreciated.  There are 2 issues with the cursor on the agent console during a Chat:

  1. Upon adding a standard text to a message on the agent console, the cursor reverts back to the beginning of the message.  So if you have small sections of standard texts that include links for example, where your agents type part of a message, insert a standard text, then continue to type, whatever they type after the standard text insertion would be added to the beginning of their message unless they manually moved the cursor
