How to define Design Studio Rules which works for everyone except Line Managers
Summary:
We have a requirement to hide the Contract Info section from Employment Info Quick Action just for Line managers but since the section cannot be hidden completely, we are disabling all the attributes within the Contract Info Section. The attributes within Contract Info should be shown to Employee or any other roles. So to achieve this we created below rules
- HR Rule - With open parameters and nothing changed in any section or fields within section. So kept it out of box and deployed the sandbox
- LM Rule - With Role as Line manager and then in Contract Info, made all attributes which were visible by default to not visible. Then deployed sandbox
