How the new Item is added to the Cycle Count

Hi everyone,

I need help with Oracle regarding adding new items to a cycle count. We run a daily schedule, and I want to know if there's a way to automatically add newly received items to the cycle count. 

Can we set up rules for the system to include items that entered our inventory during the day, or is it a manual process only? 

Any advice or recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
