I am able to login to my OCI account, but I cannot access anything inside - even the upgrade my account page :)

It seems I have lost all the permissions. I am unable to find proper support. Can someone from oracle fix my account, so I can upgrade it to avoid such unethical moves (locking my account without any prior notice).
