Client doesn't want to have final disbursement automate-Absence

Hi Folks,

The client doesn't want to have final disbursement automate and it will be case to case basis. We also checked the Discretionary Disbursement but client wants to have it as a Final Disbursement in the Payroll records.

Please suggest the best way to do it.
