Inception to date procedure element in HCM extract

Summary:

Hi,

We want to pull the Inception date balance in HCM extract. To achieve this, we usually create Balance record and corresponding attributes.

For RUN to date and Year to date balances, we create RUN, YEAR to get balance amount. Similarly, Is there a way to get Inception balance ?
