How to format person address in BI report to show same as in UI

Summary:

We are using per_addresses_f in BIP report to show person address. Our requirement is complete address should show in the same format as UI. Tried finding using Address formats but they are not direct mapping to per_addresses_f rather it is using hz_locations. Especially we are struggling to identify region_1, region_2 and region_3 are mapped to either state/province/county. Any query or API that provide person address in the same format as UI will great help
