Unable to upload PO Distributions using Visual Builder Add-in for Excel

Summary:

On Version 3.7+ for Visual Builder Add-in for Excel and I am unable to upload the PO Distributions using Visual Builder. The PO Header, Lines, and Schedules upload without issue. However, the Distribution tab only loads the first distribution line (ancestor PO Line 1) and errors the remaining Distribution Lines with error, A record with the value 1 already exists. Enter a unique value. (FND:::FND_CMN_RCRD_VAL).

The error makes sense because on the Distributions tab I can see that the Line (lines) field is auto populating with 1 in every line. That isn't correct because we need the Line (lines) value to increment to link the Distribution properly with the Schedule and the Line.
