How to create a New Item Request with items and skus

Hi,

We're looking for a way to create items and variants in the same NIR, I didn't find a setup configuration to achieve that. In our process the 'add' bottom is enabled only after the item approval status is 'completed' like the image below.

With 'Draft' status

With 'Approved' status

The target is create and save the item, after that add the variants and finally send that for approval using an unique workflow
