Configure Shipping instructions at the Customer/site level.

To save time on order entry, we'd like to have static shipping instructions pull from the customer site. There IS a field to house shipping instructions currently there, but it's limited to 150 characters. Is there any other way to store shipping instructions, possibly as an attachment to a customer site location so that they can be referenced or pulled forward for printing when a sales Order is placed.
