How to get email or URL for incomplete supplier registration

While registering the supplier through supplier portal , they clicked on save for later to gather details and finish registration.

However suppliers are saying they didnt receive email from Oracle to complete the registration.

Do we have any option to retrigger the email or get the incomplete supplier registration URL so the suppliers can continue the saved registration.
