Feature request: customer editable DNS PTR records

Hello,

I can't find an Idea Lab for OCI so I am posting here.

I think it would be very useful for the OCI Console to allow customers to edit DNS PTR records for public IP addresses that they have reserved. This would allow the customer to have PTR records configured much more quickly and would reduce the workload for OCI support staff.
