Intercompany Process work with request FDG and not request FGD at same time?

Are there any setup to Transactions Created Via Intercompany Process work with request FDG and not request FGD at same time?

Client would be work with Intercompany module to create intercompany transaction in AR module, but for some transactions need to request FGD (fiscal document for Brasil) process and for other transaction is NOT required FGD (fiscal documento for Brasil) process.

In the note Transactions Created Via Intercompany Process Are Being Generated With Status Incomplete (Doc ID 2743508.1) , is about use a One process (request FDG) or Other process )do not request FDG), but client need to work with both transaction.
