Digital Assistant FAQ template in dutch language

I want to clone the FAQ Cloud free tier example from TechExchange: Digital Assistant FAQ Template (oracle.com) to build my own FAQ caroussel, but .. if you clone it you can only choose English as language. Is it possible to re-use this example and rewrite it in Dutch? How do I do that?
