Geography Tree with sub Nodes

Hi Everyone,

I am configuring a Geography tree in our system.

We can achieve till Country -->> State from the below image.

We looking to configure the rest, If anyone has done in anyone of your projects I can take your input and help on the same.

Note: City and Sub-city regions are Work Location
