How to enable 'Channel Revenue Management'?

in ERP Integrations

The licenses we purchased include Order mannagerment 、regular financial functions and Supply Chain. After enabling 'Channel Revenue Management' in Setup and Mainteance ->Change Feature Opt In, we still cannot see this function in apps.

Does this function need to be purchased separately? How can I show this function under specific user  if not?
