Need to map scrap process with Actual Costing

Hi,

We have manufacturing plants in my organization (around 7 plants) and all these plants generates scrap in huge volume. In current scenario business sells this scrap to dealer (at estimated cost, calculated outside the system) or re-use in production for new items.

Here i want to know is there any way we can map this process in system. So that we can get transpeancy about scap value and cost.

Please note - This scap value may be in liquid form (chemical, lisquid solutions) or solid (plastic, iron etc.)

Also along with please help me to know possible accounting for this.
