Issue while creating Inventory organization for 2 different country under same Business unit.

Summary:

We are facing issue while creating inventory organization. for one Germany business unit we have to create 2 inventory org(warehouses) one warehouse is for Germany country and another is for Switzerland country under same business unit. if we create Switzerland warehouse under Germany legal entity it will not allow Switzerland jurisdictions please help us on this. will this configuration work in future or will it cause any impact .Kindly suggest.
