Can we use person management page for employee creation if we have not subscribed to HCM Cloud
Summary:
We have subscription to Oracle Finance Fusion. We didn't subscribe for HCM Cloud. Now we want to create employees but not sure if we can use the Person Management page.
And we can use Manage users page only can we add DFF's on that page.
