Element not end dated on same date as termination date

Summary:

Element not end dated on same date as termination date.

Element Latest Entry Date is set as "Last Standard Process Date". But when employee is terminated on 21-DEC-2023, the element is end dated on 31-DEC-2023. I would like to have the element end dated on termination date.
