Add Project details in PO Distribution level with SOAP web services error

My requirement is to add the Project details in PO Distribution level with SOAP web services, I am getting error.

The attached file is the Payload I used to add the Project details in PO distribution level.

Please let me know the solution/Correct Payload to add the Project details in PO distribution level
