what is the impact of changing position type after assigning to the employee.

Scenario: Position "Finance Manager" is created under single incubent type and assigned to an employee. After this we did change the type of this position to pooled and mapped this position to other employees. Let us consider this way, if we are calculating the budget based on positions, How this functionality impacts the calculating the budget.
