OCI Free Tier - you don't have permission to access this resource

Hello,

Without any notice or email or anything whatsoever I get the below error while logging into Oracle Cloud. I have been using a free tier account for some time now with a couple of small VM's. I kept them as small as possible since it is a free service after all which is nice.

What's not so nice is that the account seems blocked or tenant deleted or something without any notice or email or anything whatsover to warn about that. Below error when viewing instances for example.

you don't have permission to access this resource

I understand that it is a free service and that paying customers take priority, but without any notice or anything is very unfriendly to say it very mildly.
