Restrict visiblity of seeded field based on Assignment Category of the worker

Summary:

We have a requirement to show/hide Projected End Date on different transaction flows (ex: Change Assignment on Employment section) field based on the Assignment Category of the person.

Projected End Date is a seeded field. Do we have the ability to restrict the visibility of seeded field through Personalization ?
