How the translation tokens works ?

edited Jan 3, 2024 3:13AM in Learning 4 comments

Summary:

Hello,

I have two learning use cases regarding token translation that I'd like to share with you and understand. Both are kind of close, the only difference is the technology used.

-------------------------------------------

First Case : Token Translation in a RTF

I've customized a certificate of completion for a course and a specialization. In my certificate, I have the OFFERING_TITLE attribute. I did a test with an end-user and completed my learner to be able to print the certificate. Once I've printed my certificate, the OFFERING_TITLE attribute is still in English and is not translated, even though I've changed my preferences to French and even though I've completely changed the language of the offer to French (the title of the offer is translated into the two languages tested, of course).

Howdy, Stranger!
