Global Absence Accrual Formula getting balance 0 upon employee termination
Hi
I am calling global absence accrual formula in my absence validation formula. The global absence formula returns absence accrual balances. I am facing an issue with global absence accrual formula and that is one of an employee get terminated effective from 4-Jan-2024, all the accrual balances got 0 and Global absence accrual formula started returning 0 balance. Now employee is having balance of 19 days till 31-Dec-2023 and employee is trying to mark absence for the year 2023 the validation says employee have 0 balance which is being returned by below formula.
