Is there an intermediate option for Filters, between global condition and access condition by User?

Summary:

We have a number of Models that we want to exclude our support team out of the results, but not all Models.

A Global Condition wouldn't suit as we have some Models our support team need to show up in, and an Access Condition means we have to create one for each member of the support team for every Model, which would be time consuming and high maintenance. Is there an in between option? User Name is the only option we can utilise to capture the whole team.
