Default Currency Columns are Populating Sporadically

Summary:

We have a set of our users that prefer to use the Default Currency column views on the main reconciliation screens when working with their recs; however, we noticed that those columns are no longer populating values for some of our reconciliations.

Does anyone know if something changed in a recent patch that would cause this behavior? If not, is there a specific mechanism or setting that determines if these columns are populated compared to the standard balance columns?
