Can we enable Assignment EIT on Area of Responsibility page, and define the scope of responsibility based on EIT Attributes?

Is it feasible?

We are using Assignment EITs to store client/account organizations for a leading BPO Organization and we would like to set scope of responsibility for a person using these fields. Is there any way we can achieve this scenario?
