Summary:

When a learn admin assign the learner at Course level, learner should receive a alert.

And after some days, Again same learner when assigned to Offering, learner should receive a alert saying you have been added to this ILT Offering.

We created a separate 2 alerts, one for Course and one for Offering.

Course alert

---When a learn admin assign the learner at Course, learner is able to receive a Alert notification.

Offering Alert

---But on the same day or after some days, when same learner assigned to ILT Offering by learn admin.
