Could not add custom picking job set in Manage Shipping Document Output Preferences

We have created a custom ESS job set to print a customized pick slip report. While adding this custom job set in the "Manage Shipping Document Output Preferences" page, we are getting the below error when we click and "Save and Close" button. We followed the instructions given in the Oracle Support document "FA: SCM: Shipping: Manage Shipping Document Output Preferences Fails With: Attribute JobSetPackageName isn't valid (Doc ID 2823217.1)". But, still we are facing the error. We tried with different options without any luck. We appreciate your help on this.
