How to disable FYI being sent to Project Manager when the Project Budget is submitted for approval

Hi,

We have configured Project Budget approval workflows and currently the FYI notification is being sent to Project Manager when the Project Budget is submitted for approval as well when the Budget is approved by the approver.

However, the client wants that FYI notification should not be sent to Project Managers when the Budget is "Submitted" for approval. The FYI notification should be sent once the Budget is approved.

Is there a possibility to disable the FYI notification to PM at the time of submission.
