Summary: Restrict users from selecting Projects in Inventory Transactions

We have a requirement wherein the Business wants to track the Inventory by each Project. But rather than creating different Inventory Organizations for each new Project, we want to follow single Inventory Organization with PDSC enabled.

For this purpose the Business wants to restrict the Projects that any users see when they perform Inventory Transactions. By default all the Projects are visible when doing any transactions i.e. Misc. Transactions, Project Transfer, etc. Only specified employees should be able to see the selective projects for which they have access.
