How can I convert the date in User Login audit report to a YYYY-MM-DD format?

Summary: User Login in the Planning (OCI) report exports the dates in this format, how do I convert it in Excel to something I can sort by or find the Max() of ?


Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information): The format of the date in the User Login report out of PBCS is not very usable, as I can't sort by it in Excel, nor find the last date a user logged in. Any ideas on how to convert it to something like 'YYYY-MM-DD' or a similar, sortable, format?
