Accidentally closed 13_Dec23 period to open Jan24 period while Dec23 period is still open

Hi,

Accounting ran the Create Accounting process for Cost Accounting module for Dec23 period. The 'Update Subledger Accounting Balances' process when into an 'Error' status.

The error message in the log is

There is another request running for the ledger_id : 300000001876004. Pls. submit Carry Forward Balances Concurrent Program once the running request is completed

=>In ELSE (carry_fwd_by_update_bal()) block

Carry balances forward Unsuccessful

=>After re-executing dynamic sql l_open_period_sql, l_eff_period_num: 1

Balances are not initialized for the latest open period.

                      Before proceeding with balance calculation, run Carry Forward Subledger Accounting Balances Program for Ledger ID: 300000001876004 for the latest open period in General Ledger.
