How to report on who applied receipts

We're trying to build a report to determine whether receipts were applied using the automatch rules or whether they were manually applied and if so by which user. However, we are having trouble pulling this, we can see who created/updated the receipt but not who applied it.


We're hoping someone has insight into how best to pull this info.
