I couldn't find the user entities that included the work structure data

Summary:

• I used HCM extract to extract person assignment and work structure data, but I couldn't find the user entities that included the work structure data (position,location,departments,grades,jobs).
• What user entities included the work structure data, and is it applicable to get customer attributes in each of them?

Attached is an Excel sheet that includes the fields that I want to extract from each of them.
