How to call PCS workflow from fusion standard page

Summary:

How to call custom pcs workflow from a standard page in oracle fusion. like if we paste URL of PCS workflow then the Pcs will trigger but it not possible to give the request to the PCS workflow then how can i call PCS custom workflow from a standard page with necessary inputs to the workflow from fusion standard page . i have attached a screenshot from which the pcs will trigger
