Can we migrate the customization from one customer environment to another?

Hi Team,

I'm just curious to know if we can migrate the customization done in Oracle Sales and B2B service cloud of one customer ENV to another customer ENV.

I'm aware of CSM option where we migrate the customizations of same customer to upper pod for ex. In the same way can we migrate the customization to a different customer ENV?
