Help Converting Inventory Transaction Rest Service to Staged Transaction

Summary:

Documentation states that one of our current API calls will be depreciated. It's the "Inventory Transactions REST service". It is being replaced by "Inventory Staged Transactions REST service".

I am trying to recreate a call I currently make to perform "Account Alias Issue" and "Account Alias Receipt" calls in the new Staged Transaction, but it's not working as I expect. Documentation and searching hasn't yielded information on what I've been doing incorrectly.
