Mass allocation with different allocation ratio for different period

I have requirement for Mass allocation in fusion.

Jan-23

Expense account - for the month Jan-23 - 10,000

Need to allocate to 3 different account - Ratio 30 %, 40%, 40% for the month Jan-23

Account1 - 3000

Account2 - 4000

Account3 - 4000

Feb-23

Same Expense account - for the month Feb-23 - 10,000

Need to allocate to 3 different account - Rate, 20%,40%,40%

Account1 - 2000

Account2 - 4000

Account3 - 4000

for different period, my allocation ratio will change, how I can setup mass allocation Rule.

is there any way to input the ratio at time of run the mass allocation for different period. or it will be always fixed.

Please help to resolve.
