Contracts approval Job Level

Job level Approval in Procurement Contracts

Hello,

We have a client requirement for Contracts approval as below:

We have total 14 Job Level configured in the system.

Requirement is if Owner of the Contract is above Job level 6 then first approver should be owner himself. And if owner is below Job level 6 then first approver should be Owner+ Direct line manager of the Contract owner.

I have no idea about how to configure this case in BPM approvals. Kindly share any document or help me understand the same here.
