Has anyone used nudges to get the notifications for SIN, Driver's License OR VISA/Permit expiry?

I am seeing some issues with delivered alerts for SIN, Driver's License OR VISA/Permit expiry and I have SR open on it from around 2 months now and not much update. So, I wanted to explore the option of using nudges to get the notifications for expiries so wanted to check if anyone has utilized the same and been using it successfully?
