I am using an Adhoc Work in Process inspection plan. I have an action rule defined where an issue is to be created if the characteristics in the plan does not meet the target value. However, when submitting the failed inspection, no issue is created. I have the same Action rule defined for an inline WIP inspection, and the issue is created.

Is automatic issue creation from an adhoc WIP inspection supported in Quality Management?
