Unable to search item in Product Development

Recently, our Business users are facing issue when searching for any product through Product Development.

The issue is coming up since last 2 weeks so it does not look like access issue.

Moreover, the error shows up for all items. Error screenshot is shown below.

We checked but there is no changed in setup as well. So any thoughts about how to resolve this error?
